Bryan Peter Williams

Professor and Director of the Scottish Institute for Excellence in Social Work and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education and Social Work

Research Interests

Substantial previous involvement in research in criminal justice social work, including risk assessment and prediction, informatics and computer-assisted court reporting. Currently involved in developmental testing of computer-assisted interviewing and therapy for individuals suffering traumatic and life-changing experiences. Interests lie in the enhancement of professional learning through new technologies. Substantial involvement in supervision of practitioner research across a range of topics.
